Rosannette Abrams and Arthur Agnellino have been practicing law together at Abrams & Agnellino since 1999. We are a local, family-owned business that has over 60 years of combined experience. We make sure that we listen to your concern, educate you about your options, and provide you with the right solutions to go about it.

Rosannette Abrams

Rosannette Abrams is a native from Sayre, Pennsylvania having obtained her B.S. in Economics from Penn State University in 1991 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law Harrisburg Campus in 1994. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, state and local courts. In addition to her private practice experience, she served as a former law clerk and prosecutor in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York State Bar Associations, and the Bradford County Bar Association where she has previously served as Secretary / Treasurer. For leisure, Rosannette enjoys singing and acting for local group and productions.

Arthur Agnellino

Arthur Agnellino obtained his B.S. in Business and Political Science from Montclair State University in 1975 and LLM from Vermont School of Law in 1978. He is licensed in the state courts of Pennsylvania and Montana and in the Federal Courts of Pennsylvania, New York Western and Northern Districts, and Montana. In addition to his private practice experience, he has served as an acting city judge in Missoula, Montana, and a public defender in Sanders County, Montana. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the past President of Bradford County Bar Association. When Arthur is not practicing law, he enjoys swimming, running on his treadmill, and watching the Yankees.
